PLEASE NOTE: If you pay with a credit card our shopping cart is not alway capturing the CVC/CVV code. We will be contacting you via email or phone to get this number. There will be some information about this glitch on your web order receipt. It would be very helpful if you could reply to the order confirmation email and provide only your CVC/CVV code. We won't need any other information from you because everything is captured correctly in a secure manner.

How do I make a purchase online?
You can make a purchase online using our shopping cart with American Express, Master Card, Visa or Pay Pal. The shopping cart toolbar automatically appears when you click on a product to show its product detail page. When it appears you can add items to your shopping cart, check out, or continue shopping. If you decide to continue shopping, the shopping cart toolbar will automatically disappear so that you can visit the rest of our site without it being in the way. When you decide to check out, simply visit any product detail page and it will re-appear.
How do I purchase by mail order?
The shopping cart on our website has a unique feature that allows you to make a mail order purchase. All you have to do is add the items that you want to the shopping cart just as if your were making an online purchase. When you check out, the shopping cart will collect all your information, compute the total order including shipping and allow you to print out a mail order form that you can mail to us. This will save you from having to hand write your order and compute the shipping manually. Simply mail us a certified check, or money order made payable to NorseAmerica, LLC along with your order form.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
Yes, and Oui. We have added Canadian shipping rates to our shopping cart. Canadians may receive a small up charge which we will confirm with you prior to shipping. We plan on adding specific shipping rates for other countries to our shopping cart as well. If your country is not yet listed contact us via phone, or email and we will give you a custom shipping quote. At this time we ship to the North America, South America, Europe and Australia.
How soon will I get my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email notification from either the post office or UPS with your tracking numbers and expected delivery date. Most orders ship via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and take 2-3 business days from their ship date to arrive. Some orders are too large or heavy to be shipped via mail and are shipped via UPS ground which takes 3-5 business days to arrive after they ship. Customers in the Eastern and Central time zones receive their orders in 2 days via Priority Mail and 3-4 days via UPS. Customers in the Mountain and Pacific time zones receive their orders in 3 days via Priority Mail and 5 days via UPS ground.
